Shopping with Amazon
This site's hardware shopping facilities are
in association with Amazon.co.uk. I chose Amazon because they provide
the best combination of price and service. You will find many websites
that are cheaper than Amazon. However, often their deliveries are unreliable,
your privacy is not protected, and the returns policy is too limited.
On the other hand you might think of buying from the website of a highstreet
store, because you trust their service and will pay the extra money
for the peace of mind. Peace of mind is always worth investing in, but
in all my experiences with internet orders, no site gives me as much
peace of mind as Amazon. At the same time, as the international market
leader, Amazon's operation is a highly efficient one, minimising the
cost of quality service.

What is the returns
policy?
Amazon.co.uk want you to be delighted every time you shop with them so
the returns policy is simple. For books, the "no quibbles" guarantee
means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased
just return it in its original condition within 30 days and you will get
a full refund for the price of the item. Amazon will also be happy to
refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of its error.
Amazon accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened
and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within
30 days, you will get a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that returns
and refunds are only for items purchased from Amazon.co.uk. Click
here to read the full returns policy.
