Tapping on the triangle displays a list of 28 major journals’ titles, including the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).

Choosing the NEJM shows the latest 4463 papers in the journal in reverse chronological order. In other words the latest papers are at the top of the list, while the earliest papers are at the bottom.
